Spectrum services its customers directly, as well as via well established channel partnerships with large card processors as well as a large financial transaction software provider.
The company designed its MoneyGuard product as one of the first products creating a new channel between the cardholder and the bank for alerts, as well as other customer service traffic.
Recently card control and payment products were added due to customer demand in those areas. The SNAP environment was created based on 20 years plus branch automation experience in the core development team. The lack of modern tools in this area triggered the company to productise its tools and standardise the interface.
